1) Chekov/McCoy, but they get together 5+ years in the future. Basically no McCoy angst about Chekov being jail bait/barely legal/naive, etc. Bonus if it's McCoy's 40th (or similar) birthday where he thinks he's completely over the hill and Chekov shows him that he's so not.
2)Chekov/McCoy established relationship, adding a third party for either one's birthday. Open to anyone, except Kirk, but only because Kirk wants it to be him SOOOOOO bad and having McCoy turn him down would be hilarious to me (don't ask me way).
