+ Runner-up - Duke and Sam....freaking adorable! I grieved when Duke died *grieves*
+ Honorable mention(s) Mac/Portman (blame the novel for that particular one), Reaper/Duke, Reaper/Jumper (again novel...dammit Jumper was mad fan and he said Reaper was a macho hotpants of swinging dick...how is that NOT slashy)
+ Crack pairing(s) Reaper/Pinky monster? xD again...I dunno if there are Crack pairings in Doom. Maybe Sarge female monster...

My shipping skills are, like, super sensitive and I would never have picked up on this. Karl and Rosamund probably had one of the best on-screen sibling chemistry I've seen in a while.
