there are just so many great fics out there i can barely organize and express how much i love them.
but this.man.this really blew my mind.and i have loads of stuff to comment on! my friend just got me into ReaperTrek recently,and i saw the Doom movie. KU was KICKASS. and damn,you make him even more awesome than he already is in your writing. you have precisely captured Reaper/Bones' emotions and feelings towards the Mars mission, and i love how you expressed his other sensitive and caring side with Samantha and Jim.
i loved loved LOVED this: "Gently Bones leaned in and pressed his lips to Jim’s, kissing him with all the suppressed emotions of 200 years of waiting. “I know you Jim.” Bones whispered as his Captain slumped unconscious in his arms, twitching occasionally. “I love you and I know you.”"
and this made me lol hard! “Kind of ironic after all those gay jokes they cracked, that you turned out to swing both ways isn’t it...?” “...” “Bones...?”
my favourite part would be Bones protecting and saving Jim from the mutated Sarge, and especially this chapter. loved the flashbacks,and how Jumper is in someways a shadow of Jim,amd Bones accepted him because of their similar personalities.Then theres the sense of responsibility to protect him from harm, then blaming himself for cursing Jim with the 24th chromosome...
i feel some inspired fanart coming up!! and i hope this is not the end...?
