miss_m_cricketOnce again I am calling for prompts, fic ideas, things you would like to see written, anything really. My creative flow is bubbling along nicely and just needs a direction to go in so let me loose!
I can write Doom, Star Trek, Star Trek/Doom crossovers, Dragonriders of Pern, Tudors, Anne Bishop...you name it and I can probably write it. Except anime's I suck at animes.

I'd love to read something that deals with their healing afterwards - Reaper dealing with the death of his comrades and Sam healing from her physical injuries - preferably with them helping each other and growing closer in the process. (Yes, I'm kind of a h/c-whore, did I mention it?)

At first Kirk didn't relise that the aliens have messed with Bones mind but as Bones becomes more subservant he relises that something is wroung and vows to get his cranky best pal back.
Make it angsty but a happy ending if you can!

Date: 2009-07-28 08:42 pm (UTC)now this is thin, but i think it'd be cool. i'm thinking back to original star trek episode where a clan of women/aliens steal spock's brain, and jim & co go get it back. then mccoy has to "install" it in brainless spock-body. so here, i'm thinking, what if there's an AU harem!bones? and instead of modifying the grumpy!bones to obey jim, they're gradually swapping him for the harem!bones, and jim only realizes that his bones has been replaced/completely changed when the transfer's complete? maybe this is really pushing it, but the thought of the actual grumpy!bones in the body of a harem man is just.... joygasm gold to me.

Secret because Bones dosen't need the hassle and it wouldn't look good for Pike but really secret means hot fucking. Kirk dosen't know who but wants Bones to be happy as he secretly longs builds the best friendship with Bones. Crawls into bed with Bones after Pike has left with Bones still dripping Pike's cum secretly jealous but happy Bones has someone, unties him from the bed after Pike had to rush off ticked that whoever isn't taking care of him. This continues until the after Pike is resuced and hears them break up because Pike knows Bones is meant to be with Kirk.
Admirals - An Admiral/group of them call to talk to Kirk who is doing something domestic/sweet for Bones as he talks to them. Like as they talk he's setting up dinner with candlelight and or Bones comes in dead tired drops on bed and Jim starts removing cloths/feeding/massaging him all the while talk to the Admirals about the issue at hand. It goes to prove how he isn't immature.
Breakup - Bones breaks up with Kirk with him not realizing/thinking he's serious. Is shocked when Bones starts going out with others and that the crew would tred on "his guy". Jim both being jealous of dinner with Scotty and Chekov giving him flowers and trying to give Bones the leeway to move on while maintaining the frienship. Bones/Kirk end with Jim fighting to get him back
DraqQueen Bones - Bones like to dress up ocassionally. Kirk finds out by following him out of curisoity since Bones wont say whose lipstick was on a mug or black fishnets stockings under the bed. Sex and angst ensue.

Sam took c24 injection after they realised that they wouldnt get away from Ulduvai.

Kirk has known he is terminal from an early age, and that made him decide to live life to its fullest. No one but immediate family know about his illness, and he is good at keeping it secret.
He would love a real relationship, but thinks it would be unfair to the other person, so he only has pick-ups. Same thing goes for friends.
Then he meets Leonard McCoy, and now he doesn't know what to do, especially after finding out about McCoy's dad.
Kirk/McCoy
Sex not necessary, but nice. Doesn't matter who tops. Ending is up to you, but I don't want McCoy to remain oblivious.
I would prefer happy, but whatever you can manage.

Date: 2009-07-23 03:52 pm (UTC)I saw one at the kink meme that stuck with me that's basically a "Fantasy Island" scenario where there is unrequited love and a trip to a planet during shore leave that neither one knows the other is on and a meeting/relationship that they don't realize at first is with the real Kirk and real McCoy (depending on POV). I think that'd be interesting to read, though I'm not the original prompter.
There's also a Star Trek/Doom crossover prompt I'd love to read with Sam giving John a vial of c24 on her deathbed for him to use whenever he finds the one person he wants to spend eternity with. There's no return trip to Mars/etc. but just him with the vial and Kirk now in his life and that'd be so interesting to read!
And, since I'm a hopeless romantic, maybe something with a 'stuck somewhere together for X amount of time until Enterprise returns' trope that involves unrequited feelings/lust that can't be hidden when they're together 24/7 in a cabin in the woods or whatever. *sheepish*

Kirk is raped on a mission and hurt pretty bad, it was a horrible ordeal and he's more emotional shaken than most realize.
A month or so later he finds out he's pregnant and because of how his body had to adjust to being pregnant, he can't end the pregnancy without ending his own life.
He's depressed/angry/confused and his best friend Bones is there to see him through, as always.
Along the way, he and Bones admit they have loved one another for a while and Bones promises to support him regardless what he decides to do about the baby once it's born.
Want Kirk/Bones to stay together, no matter what, but what happens with baby is up to anon.
Does he get past how the baby came about and keep it, with him and Bones raising it together or does he give the baby up for adoption?
Or
Pre movie, Kirk and Bones had a relationship, but Kirk ad an affair and Bones ended the relationship and cut off their friendship completely.
Post movie, McCoy is assigned to The Enterprise and while he's far from happy, he makes it clear to Kirk that he will be professional and do his job, but he wants no contact with the Captain beyond the professional sense.
Kirk, having realized his mistake, is willing to do anything to get Bones back and he works to prove he's changed.
Bonus if other crew members point out to the doctor that Kirk has grown up.
I'd like them to be together, in the end, but make Kirk really really work for it.

2)Chekov/McCoy established relationship, adding a third party for either one's birthday. Open to anyone, except Kirk, but only because Kirk wants it to be him SOOOOOO bad and having McCoy turn him down would be hilarious to me (don't ask me way).

On a diplomatic mission, the crew must engage in a fertility ritual that requires anonymous, free spirited sex (though they aren't aware of this fact initially).
That is, at first it seems like just a feast, and everyone is having a good time. Then, it becomes apparent that they've all imbibed some sort of aphrodisiac/hallucinogen in the food, but that just makes the party more fun and surreal. Everyone is making out and just loving/adoring of everyone else. Happiness, love, affection, general good times abound. People are slipping off to dark rooms/corners to have sex with people they can't even see. Somehow Kirk ends up having anonymous sex with McCoy in the darkness of one of these rooms (bottom!Kirk, please).
Afterward, everyone is "suffering" the consequences. Namely, Scotty (and/or Gaila) is frickin' happy about it all, having feasted and sexed, whistling jaunty engineering tunes and in fine spirits. Chekov is blushing and embarrassed. McCoy is grumpier than usual and not up to talking about it (the whole thing is just one walking STD if you don't know who your partner was). Spock just finds it fascinating but Uhura is thoroughly pissed. And Kirk? Kirk can't get that stranger our of his mind (despite knowing nothing more than his touch and the sound of his breath coming out in pants and groans).
Cue, months later, Kirk's sexy times are suffering. Partners just don't please him anymore, not like that. He's had the best sex of his life and he has no idea who with and he can't let go. His body craves that unknown man.
Eventually, he realizes it's Bones (maybe McCoy touches him in a familiar way? Or, he's breathes out something that the stranger said?) but Bones has no idea. And now that Kirk knows exactly who it is he's wanted, but he has no idea how to go about getting him. Hell, Bones never even admitted that he'd had sex that night, so maybe he's embarrassed (or, so Kirk thinks)?
Kirk/McCoy in the end, please.

But what about the rest of the bridge crew? How do they feel with technically dealing with an advanced human on their ship? Do the fears of Eugenics war still linger in their minds.
Bonus if Chekov accepts what Bones is because Bones treats him like a navigator on the Enterprise and not just a sewenteen year old and he has a budding sibling relationship with both of them (Jim and Bones)
Due to something occurring on a exploration...Jim is seriously injured and Bones has the choice to give Jim an injection that Bones has hidden for years, a reminder of the base and his past. Does he use it?
